I placed an order online but never paid. Can I still pay online?
Yes. After logging in, click on the "outstanding order" link in your account home. Or go directly to the Payment Page, log in, and follow the prompts from there.
I sent feedback using the form, but never heard back.
Make sure you don't leave your email address blank when you submit feedback. If you do, we have no way to reply.
I added an item to my shopping cart, then it disappeared.
- Do not use the back button to leave the shopping cart. Always follow page links.
- If you were not logged in and you left the site, the cart is emptied.
- If you were logged in, the cart is emptied after 30 days.
